Welcome to iLexiBox (“Service”), operated by Rashid Qayour Vatanparast (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

iLexiBox is an AI-powered language learning web application that provides text generation, translation games, and translation services. The Service is accessible at ilexibox.com.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use iLexiBox, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account credentials with others.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive 10 free uses of each section (Text Generator, Word Hunt, Translator). Free uses do not expire and do not reset monthly. After using your free trial, a paid subscription is required to continue.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

iLexiBox offers monthly ($3/month) and annual ($30/year) subscription plans. Subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time on monthly plans.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit the API or AI features. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The iLexiBox name, logo, and application code are owned by us. AI-generated content produced by the Service may be used freely by subscribers for personal and educational purposes.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iLexiBox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.
