Free Trial

Every account starts with 10 free uses per section — no credit card required. We encourage you to fully explore the Service before subscribing.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside these terms at our discretion in cases of:

Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service for an extended period
Billing errors (duplicate charges)
Other exceptional circumstances

How to Request a Refund

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact us at support.ilexibox@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
